The licence
A Pro licence is a one-time purchase that activates 1AudioTool on the number of devices the tier you bought covers. It does not expire and is not a subscription. You may move a licence between your own machines; you may not resell or share it.
The free tier
The free tier is not a trial. It does not expire, does not require an account, and is not reduced over time. If a feature is free today it stays free in that version.
Your content
Recordings, transcripts, dictionaries and correction rules are yours. They are stored on your own disk, we never receive them, and nothing in these terms grants us any right to them.
What the app does not promise
Transcription accuracy depends on your microphone, your speech, your language, the model you chose and the vocabulary you taught it. The app measures its own accuracy honestly and does not guarantee a particular error rate.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get one — the free tier exists so you can decide before you pay.
Liability
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. StoicSoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. A change never applies retroactively to a licence you already bought.
